Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card refunds
  • 7-10 business days for PayPal refunds
  • 10-14 business days for bank transfer refunds

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts, only the final sale price will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment method used
  • Date you initiated the return
  • Any tracking information for your return shipment

We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
